Maricopa County Sheriff's detectives arrest a Queen Creek man for animal cruelty after they find two dogs, one dead, and one severely dehydrated. 

They were left with no food or water in 110 degree heat.
 
Ronnie Haynes, 59, was arrested after an anonymous caller tipped off MCSO about a dead animal on the property.  During an interview with Sheriff's detectives, Haynes says he provided food and water every other day.  However, detectives found no evidence of water anywhere.
