Police believe the relationship between 30-year-old Ms. Tanner Vicory and the 15-year-old was going on between November 2011 and April 2012 at her home.

The teen's mother went to police in April of this year and said she believed her son was involved with an adult woman. During the investigation Gilbert police say the 15-year-old was living out of state.

Vicory was arrested and booked into the 4th Avenue Jail for sexual conduct with a minor on Friday, she has been released. Police do not believe there are other victims.
